TV didn't work kept cutting out. Owners weren't on site when we arrived (had to ring them).

Thank you for your response.You gave us a time of arrival for 3pm. We are sorry we were not capable of 24/7 reception desk as your arrival was 2pm not 3pm as stated.
We have problems with guest understanding the TV setting because of the digital box needed to receive programs.

Bedroom. It was tiny - the bed didn't really fit -protruding out beyond the door frame. the room was poorly lit, dated and the mattress so lumpy and creaky, that I slept with head at foot of bed.
